THIS DECK CONTAINS A UNIQUE SET OF CUSTOM SUITS AND COURT CARDS LOOSELY BASED ON TRADITIONAL PLAYING CARDS, FIRST INTRODUCED TO MĀORI BY EARLY EUROPEAN SETTLERS.

Shipping

Shipping within Aotearoa only.

NZ Nationwide (excluding rural) $6.00

NZ Rural $9.50

If you have a rural address please ensure you click the rural delivery option when placing your order at the checkout. We will not post ordered items if correct shipping has not been paid for.

All orders placed will take between 1-3 business days to be processed, and an additional 3-5 business days to arrive.

In order to keep our costs as low as possible we use Pass the parcel which is delivered by Posthaste Couriers. 

Local and same island deliveries are aimed at overnight, but can take up to 2 days. South Island is aimed at 2 days, but can be up to 3.

For all rural deliveries please allow an extra 24 hours in addition to the standard shipping time. Unfortunately there is no signature option available for rural deliveries.

Once your order has been dropped to the courier depot, we will send you a tracking email. Please be mindful that we have no control over delivery times or the courier service. If your parcel has not arrived please message us at tohumaori@gmail.com or call pass the parcel directly with your tracking number.

Refund policy

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at tohumaori@gmail.com if your kāri are damaged.

We do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, however if our kāri are found to be faulty we will replace as soon as possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

Please be mindful that it may take some time for your bank to process your refund.

We will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our kāri are faulty or damaged.
